When an alarm signal comes into a central station, experienced operators provide the proper response. This can mean dispatching the police or fire department, notifying a private security guard, notifying a business owner of a problem, or verifying the identity of someone who wants to enter a protected area.

Fully redundant computer systems and emergency power systems allow uninterrupted operation even during major system failures.

UL listed central stations are located in secure, fire-resistant structures and are inspected annually to assure continuing compliance with UL standards.

Central Station Monitoring

Your system can automatically transmit alarm signals to a monitoring center, or "central station," where trained operators can dispatch the police or fire department as needed, and notify you or someone you select. Alarm signals are usually transmitted over telephone lines, but some systems transmit signals by radio or cellular phone for added security.
